Return Policy:

Returns accepted on in-stock merchandise only, within 7 days of purchase, for items in original condition and sales receipt present.

NO RETURNS ON:

• Plants
• Discounted Floor Samples
• Sale Merchandise
• Custom/Special Orders

EXCLUSIONS

Returns on Lighting and Rug orders will be accepted within 7 days of delivery, for merchandise in original condition with a 20% restocking fee. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping.  Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), this RMA MUST be included in the return package for the return to be accepted and processed.  Returns without this authorization will be denied. No Exceptions!
